Substitution Policy

Every arrangement is designed by hand by our florists, so no two are ever exactly alike. We always match the look, colors, and style of the photo you chose. Our promise to you: the same style, color palette, and wow factor, only the freshest flowers available that day, and any substitution is always of equal or greater value. Occasionally a specific flower, vase, or container may be unavailable due to the season, weather, or market supply. When that happens, our designers choose a close match so your gift still arrives beautiful and on time. Questions? Call us at (667) 273-5968.
