Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can order 24/7 on our website, call us at +1 (667) 273-5968, or visit our shop at 9633 Liberty Rd Suite M, Randallstown. Our florists are happy to help you choose the perfect arrangement.
Can I choose specific flowers for my bouquet?
Yes! We offer custom bouquets with your favorite flowers and colors. Not sure what to pick? Tell us the occasion and our florists will recommend something beautiful.
Can I add a personalized note with my flowers?
Yes. Every order includes a free card message. Just enter your message at checkout or tell us when you call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes can be made before your order is prepared. Please call us at +1 (667) 273-5968 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before our florists begin preparing your order. After that, a 20% restocking fee applies, and orders that have already been delivered cannot be canceled. Funeral and event orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the service or event. Do you offer a flower subscription service?
Yes! We offer flower subscriptions for regular deliveries to your home, office, or a loved one. Please call us or stop by the shop to set up a plan that fits your needs.
When should I order for holidays?
For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the Christmas season, we strongly recommend ordering at least two days in advance for the best selection and guaranteed delivery. Same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed on these peak days.
Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM in our local area. For out-of-town deliveries, please contact us to check availability.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Absolutely! Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we'll make sure your flowers arrive on time.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and are calculated at checkout. We always strive to keep them affordable.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! You can choose store pickup at checkout and collect your order from our shop at 9633 Liberty Rd Suite M, Randallstown.
What nearby cities do you deliver flowers to?
We hand-deliver throughout Baltimore and the DMV, including Randallstown, Owings Mills, Pikesville, Reisterstown, Windsor Mill, Woodlawn, Catonsville, Towson, Ellicott City, Laurel, Silver Spring, Bethesda, and the Washington, DC area. Do you deliver outside the Baltimore and DC area?
Yes. For orders outside our local delivery area, we partner with trusted florists in our nationwide network to deliver your arrangement. Please call us at +1 (667) 273-5968 and we'll help you place your order.
Can I leave special delivery instructions?
Yes. You can add instructions at checkout, such as gate codes, apartment numbers, or the best time to deliver.
Will I know when my flowers are delivered?
Yes! You'll receive a delivery confirmation email as soon as your order has been delivered.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If no one is home, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor when appropriate. You'll receive a delivery confirmation email once the delivery is complete.
Can I send flowers to a hospital?
Yes. Please include the recipient's full name, room number, and hospital name at checkout.
Are there any restrictions for sending flowers to a hospital?
Some hospitals and units, like ICUs, don't allow flowers, strongly scented blooms, or latex balloons. We suggest checking with the hospital first and letting us know about any restrictions when you order.

Where do your flowers come from?
We source our flowers from both local growers and trusted international suppliers, giving you a wide selection of fresh, high-quality blooms.
How do you ensure the quality of the flowers?
We hand-select our flowers, handle them with care, and design every arrangement to order so it arrives fresh and beautiful.
What if a flower I chose is unavailable?
Flower availability can change with the season. If a flower is unavailable, our florists will substitute blooms of equal or greater value while keeping the same style and color palette.
What if I'm not satisfied with my flowers?
Your happiness is our priority. If you're not satisfied, please call us at +1 (667) 273-5968 within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I keep my flowers fresh longer?
Keep your arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruit. Add fresh water every day or two, trim stems at an angle every few days, and remove any wilted blooms.

Can I purchase flowers for a funeral or sympathy occasion?

Do you deliver flowers to local funeral homes?
Yes, we deliver to funeral homes in Randallstown and surrounding areas. Please include the funeral home name, the name of the deceased, and the service date and time.
