• Payment Methods: We accept the following secure payment methods:
  VisaMasterCardAmerican ExpressDiscoverApple PayGoogle PayZelle
• Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery and tax fees may apply depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Areas & Fees

• Local Hand Delivery: We proudly hand-deliver floral arrangements and gifts from our shop in Randallstown, MD to Baltimore, the surrounding counties, and communities throughout the DMV, including Owings Mills, Pikesville, Reisterstown, Windsor Mill, Woodlawn, Catonsville, Towson, Ellicott City, Laurel, Silver Spring, Bethesda, and the Washington, DC area.
• Special Locations: Delivery is also available to hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, and assisted living facilities in our service area.
• Delivery Fees: A delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the recipient's address. You will see the exact fee before you finalize your order.
• Nationwide Delivery: Orders outside our local delivery area are filled by a trusted partner florist in our network. Designs may vary slightly based on that florist's available flowers and containers.

Delivery Times

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 12 PM.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be prioritized for next-day delivery.
• Time-Sensitive Orders: For time-sensitive events such as weddings and funerals, please place your order well in advance and provide detailed instructions. While we'll do our best to meet requested delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
• Weather & Unexpected Delays: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery is affected, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Recipient & Redelivery

• Accurate Information is Key: To avoid delays, please double-check that you have provided the recipient's full name, a complete and correct street address (including apartment or suite number), and a working phone number.
• Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will use their best judgment to make sure the flowers are left somewhere safe. This may include:
  1. Leaving the arrangement on a covered porch or with a doorman or receptionist.
  2. Leaving the flowers with a neighbor and leaving a note for the recipient.
  3. Contacting the recipient or sender by phone to arrange a redelivery.
• Redelivery: In most cases, we will reattempt delivery at no extra charge. A redelivery fee may apply if a delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete information from the sender, or if the recipient cannot be reached after repeated attempts.

Store Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order from our storefront at 9633 Liberty Rd Suite M, Randallstown, MD 21133.

• Quality Guarantee: If the flowers or products you received are damaged, incorrect, or fail to meet your expectations, please contact us at +1 (667) 273-5968 within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the arrangement or product. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order by phone or email for a full refund any time before our florists begin processing it. Once flowers have been processed and prepared for your arrangement, they cannot be reused, so cancellations made after that point are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
• Funeral & Event Orders: Because funeral, sympathy, and event arrangements are prepared for a specific date and time, these orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service or event. Cancellations made before that point follow the terms above, including the 20% restocking fee once processing has begun.
• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted. However, we will always work with you to resolve any issue and ensure your satisfaction.
• Specialty Gift Items: Non-perishable specialty gift items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened and in their original packaging, for a full refund of the item cost. Original and return shipping fees are refunded only if the return is the result of our error. To start a return, please call us at +1 (667) 273-5968.
• Refund Timing: We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 days of our receiving your return.

• Product Availability: We strive to keep every product on our website in stock. In rare cases, an item may be temporarily unavailable. When that happens, we may offer a substitute of equal value and quality, or provide a refund if no suitable replacement is available.
• Flower Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may need to substitute certain flowers or plants. Rest assured, all substitutions will be of equal or higher value.

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, we're happy to help.
